You may place an order and checkout without registering for your own Piro Shoes account by using the Guest Checkout. As a guest you will recieve an order confirmation and shipping confirmation email from Piro Shoes. However, you are not able to monitor the status of your order. Order Status Emails
After you make your purchase, Piro Shoes will send you a series of emails as your moves through the process. The following are explainations of the emails you will receive. You may also follow the status of your order by logging into your account Click here.

Order Confirmation:  This message confirms your order and the details such as date, items, total and shipping.
Order Shipped:  This message indicates that your purchase has been shipped from our warehouse. This message will include details about shipping and tracking numbers if available.

Purchase Policy
If you need to change the color, size, quantity, or style after you have place an order please log into your account and cancel your current order and place a new order.

Returns are processed within 4-6 weeks. To check the status on a return please log into your account to track your return. Under the "status" section in your account returns that have been processed will be listed as "returned."

You will receive your order in 4-10 business days or sooner from your purchase date. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, and US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii may require extra shipping time.

Return and Exchange Policy
Shoes that are unworn can be returned or exchanged. Make sure the fit is acceptable before wearing the shoes outdoors. Piro Shoes guarantees 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied you may return your merchandise for exchange or refund within 45 days of the date shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete the return form and return it with the merchandise to us within 45 days of shipment. Click here for the return form. Your order number is required to process your return. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email, invoice or packing slip. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

When returning your merchandise, please send the original packaging and shoes unworn to our return warehouse. Please send all returns to Piro Shoes 1316 Alsop Lane, Owensboro, KY 42303. Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not include shipping charges, if any, on the original purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please send the oringinal packaging and unworn shoes to our exchange department. To exchange shoes, please complete the return form and return it with the merchandise to us within 45 days of shipment. Please mark the reason for return on the return form. Please send all exchanges to Piro Shoes 1316 Alsop Lane, Owensboro, KY 42303. Shipping cost for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise marked as "Closeout, Discontinued or Last Chance" are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Important Notes: Merchandise purchased from retail partners will not be accepted for return or exchange at this warehouse. Please make these returns and exchanges at the retail partner where the original purchase was made.

Sales Taxes
No sales tax will be charged for shoe purchases shipped within the United States except for shipments to Kentucky addresses, which are subject to 6% sales tax.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping inside the United States is $4.99. Standard shipping orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Delivery to the customer will be 4-7 business days from shipment. Orders to US territories, P.O. Boxes, Military addresses, Hawaii and Alaska may experience extra days in transit.

Expidicted shipping is available via UPS and Fedex. Shipping charges for these methods are based on actual cost of shipping from the Piro warehouse to the destination address. Estimates of shipping cost are available at the time of checkout.

Shipments outside the United States are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping cost will be calculated based on actual cost of shipping from the Piro warehouse to the destination address. Estimates of shipping cost are available at the time of checkout.

Safe Shopping Guarantee
You never have to worry about your credit card saftey on shop.piroshoes.com. If unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at Piro Shoes, you will not be held liable.

In the event of any unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card provider cannot make you pay in excess of $50.00 of fraudulent charges. Although we never intend to have an incident of credit card fraud, if unauthorized charges made to your credit card as a result of doing business with Piro Shoes, you will pay nothing.

Even if your credit card provider does have you pay any of the $50.00 it can charge, Piro Shoes will cover the expense, up to the full $50.00 if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own for purchases made on shop.piroshoes.com website. Payment Methods
Credit Card Authorizations: You can safely enter your credit card information via our secure server, we encrypt all submitted information. We authorize your your credit card at the time of purchase. Please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Any shoe backorder will appear as a seperate transaction.

Payment by Credit Card: Piro Shoes accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards only. The credit card you specify will be charged when Piro Shoes ships your order.

An Important note on entering your Bill to Address when using a credit card to purchase your shoes; please be sure to enter your correct billing address. Piro Shoes uses this address to verify authorized use of the credit card. The billing address you enter is checked against the billing address that the credit card company has on file for your card account. This address usually appears on your monthly statements. Piro Shoes will not process any purchase where the address entered at checkout does not match the address on file with your credit card company. Once a shoe purchase is cancelled, it cannot be restored. Please replace your order.

Currently we do not accept Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, or Money Orders.
